Back To The Basics – Yin And Yang Groceries

It is very important to listen to your body’s needs.  So, for example, if you need some water u will take it or if you feel exhausted u will take some vitamins. But what I suggest to you is that you need to take enough water,  more fruits and vegetables as well as natural juices, because it is primarily basic food!

It is necessary to harmonize the balance in the body and it is recommended that the daily intake is at least 60% of the basic foods in order to neutralize the acidity in the organism.

Rights basic nutrition means nutrition of fruitage as they are in the nature.

All the groceries that we take to ourselves changing the pH value of our blood. Our body tends to be in equilibrium and for this it is necessary that the blood is slightly basic.Different groceries have a different pH values and affect the level of alkalinity or acidity in the body.If we introduced too many acidic foods the body is unable to neutralize them, and they are deposited as a hazardous waste and pollute the body.

There are tables where you can exactly determine which food is acidic and which are base, and that on the basis of them you can establish a balance. What is important is that if you eat acidic foodstuffs, you must ensure that in nutrition you introduce groceries that your body will lead to the necessary balance.

Lemon vs. sugar!

Lemon is an excellent example of alkalinizational though it tastes sour, while on the other side sugar creates an extremely acidic environment.

Slightly acidic reaction (yin):

Moderately acid reaction (yin):

 

  • Honey (pasteurized)

  • dry coconut
  • fish
  • Integral pasta
  • Whole grains
  • dry legumes (except soy)
  • Nuts (except almonds)
  • rye
  • ketchup
  • mustard
  • plum
  • popcorn
  • Potatoes (peeled)

Strongly acidic (yin):

 

  • White bread
  • Rolls and cakes from white flour
  • chocolate
  • coffee
  • alcohol
  • Carbonated drinks
  • Sweetened fruit juices
  • beef
  • pork
  • chicken
  • fish
  • Refined grains
  • cranberries
  • Ice Cream
  • Pasta from white flour
  • peanuts
  • White rice
  • Seafood
  • Black Tea

Now on the basis of this you can see how properly you can combine groceries.To reiterate,  You should take as much as possible raw food and that is fresh fruit and vegetables.

In accordance to a soul, each of us can choose how we will work on ourselves.Why is the food so important and can it really affect on our lives in several important levels? In some way it is logical that we generally start from food when we try to bring some changes in our life. Everything we eat and the way we eat affects on our physical as well as on the mental and emotional level.
